2 BEDROOM ADDITION
SAMMAMISH, WA

The new owners of this beautiful property in Sammamish, Washington reached out to StudioPNW to design an addition to provide more space for their children.
The project, completed in 2023, included the addition of two bedrooms, a renovated bathroom, and a new entry hall featuring a 10-foot ceiling.
The 10-foot ceiling in the entry hall provided the opportunity for a custom-made oversized front door and sidelights, enhancing the home's grand entrance. The builder delivered exceptional craftsmanship throughout the construction process, while the homeowner curated a beautiful palette of finishes. The collaboration and dedication of the entire team—owner, architect, and contractor—ensured the project's success.
EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR REMODEL
ISSAQUAH, WA
Located near the shores of Lake Sammamish, this house was extensively remodeled before the new homewoners moved in. StudioPNW collaborated with the owners and contractor (IC Design Co) on the design of the remodel and then followed through with the construction drawings and the building permit. (construction completed 2023)

The existing 8' high ceiling and interior walls were removed, and a new vaulted ceiling was installed. The new open floor plan and high ceiling provide a spacious and bright living space.

KITCHEN REMODEL
BELLEVUE, WA
An existing load-bearing wall was replaced with a new post and beam system in order to open up the space for the larger counter and new kitchen.

The partial floor plan was part of the permit submittal documents for the Bellevue kitchen expansion. StudioPNW worked carefully with the homeowner to design a custom kitchen that was functional and attractive.
RENOVATION FOR DEVELOPER
CHARLESTON, SC
In addition to Washington state, Sean has worked on single-family residential projects in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, and South Carolina. This historic house was extensively remodeled by a developer in Charleston, South Carolina.
ATRIUM HOUSE
NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE
Located in the countryside of New Castle County, Delaware, this single-story home features a central atrium and enclosed swimming pool. Sean produced the permit drawings and provided construction administration services while working as an intern architect at Montchanin Design Group.
The house was designed with maneuvering clearances in anticipation that one of the occupants may use a wheelchair in the future.
